Product Informaion:

M3:BaseF™는 줄기세포 및 기타 fastidious human and mammalian cell 유형을 위한 독점적인 무혈청 고농축 배양 배지입니다. M3:D™ 또는 M3:DC™에서 파생되었으며, M3:BaseF™에는 다양한 성장 인자, 보충제 및 완충제가 포함되어 있지만 세포 유형에 따라 분열 세포의 증식을 위해 부착 인자, 혈액 성분 또는 혈청 첨가제를 추가해야 할 수 있습니다. M3:BaseF™는 기본 배지로 사용되며 항생제 무첨가(F) 제품입니다. 항생제를 첨가할 수 있습니다. 10% v/v 고품질 fetal bovine serum(FBS)을 추가하면 M3:10F™ 포뮬러와 동일합니다.

General Description:

M3:BaseF is a proprietary, multi-factor supplemented basal culture media in the M3™ Media Family and subfamily. M3:BaseF™ is a serum-free, highly enriched, phenol redcontaining, high performance liquid culture media for human stem cells and other progenitor and fastidious cell types, including human tumor cells and tissues. Its counterpart xenofree (XF) M3Z™formula without phenol red is M3Z:MaxF™.

Product Use:

Highly enriched, serum-free liquid culture medium with various growth factors and supplements; for human stem cells and other progenitor and fastidious cell types. Media users can add serum or other supplements at their concentrations of choice.
